Structures
Our new IPC topic this term is about structures. On Monday our teachers collected lots of Polydron from other classes and set us the task of working in teams to build an interesting structure. At first we found it hard to really work together and to make a plan. We had a second attempt on Tuesday and our building skills and team work had improved, which allowed us to create more interesting shapes and structures.

Science - testing absorbency
Our science topic is materials and we have been discussing which materials are used for wet weather clothes. We thought about the question- when do we want a material to soak up liquid and when do we want the liquid to run off?
